long, male not seen, shield design with median line and admedian lines complete,
subparallel, with 2 transverse lines at basal 1/3 and 1/2, scapular tubercles
set near rear shield margin, setae directed to rear and divergent, leg tibiae
fused with tarsi, coxal area with granules, the first coxal tubercle and setae
absent, empodium simple, 4 rayed. Opisthosoma dorsum arched, opisthosoma seta
normal, coverflap with granules at base. Infesting on Nephrolepis biserrata,
causing scrolling at the edge of the leaf. Distribution on Taiwan. This species
is close to F. biharensis Das et Chakrabarti, 1985.
