The angle of the yarn in the machine was horizontal.When in use one end of the device would be secured and the other rested on the user’s lap. The basic weaving action was used to maintain the tension of the yarn.These weaving machines were exquisitely made and had a number of accessories and were made from bamboo or other type of wood.
