| Color： | General color orange-yellow. Vertex almost orange with blackish frontal margin. Eyes testaceous. Clypeus uniformly blackish and mostly black in anteclypeus and lorae. Genae with black stripe along the margin of eyes. Pronotum and scutellum orange. Thorax almost blackish. Forewing greenish-yellow but with paler transparent apex. Hindwing slightly fuscous. Abdomen black. Legs greenish-yellow. |
| Head： | Vertex length shorter than the interocular width, but about equal length to pronotum. Eyes with inner side parallel at basal half then diverging toward anterior margin of vertex. Frontoclypeus with short median ridge and distinct imprint of muscle. |
| Thorax： | Pronotum with rounded anterior margin and concaved at posterior margin. Scutellum small without transverse impression. |
| Wing： | Hindwing submarginal vein not extending beyond R vein and confluent with it. |

| Terminalia： | Male plate, in ventral view, about equal width at basal half and narrower toward apex, with a row of 5 long macrosetae on the middle and long microsetae along the margin of plate. Pygofer with bifurcated upper appendage and with numerous long macrosetae scattered on lateral side. Anal tube short, not extending beyond plate. Style slender, with hooklike cephalic portion and a big preapical lobe. Connective Y-shaped, with relatively long stem. Aedeagus with huge preatrium and a pair of processes; shaft directed cephalad then curved downward, with a pair of preapical processes. |
