Manufacturing method
　　The shawl making method was very simple. All that was required was two or three 3 feet long pieces of hemp cloth, joined together along the long edge to make a large rectangular shawl decorated with simple vertical stripes pf horizontal flower pattern or embroidered with various colors of thread. Some shawls had a wool tie in the top left and right corners and the end of the tie was a decorative wool ball.
