Necklaces were made by stringing together white, red, black, yellow,blue and purple etc ablate beads onto a white hemp thread and adding 4 or 6 pieces of bone or white shell pieces to make diamond, triangular shaped or horizontal line patterned neckwear. There was a hemp tie at each which would be tied together at the back of the wearer's neck.
　　Also, black, light blue, red, and coffee colored ablate beads were strung together using black hemp thread. Two 1-cm diameter flat light blue beads were then added. There were hemp string ties at each end, which were used to secure the necklace by tying behind the wearer's head.
